Accountor strengthens the management of its SME business – Mikko Soirola to the lead

Accountor Group has appointed Mikko Soirola as the Head of its SME business and as the Managing Director of Accountor Finago Oy.

Mikko Soirola (M.Sc.) has been appointed as a member of Accountor Group’s Management Team with the responsibility of the SME Cluster. Soirola will start in his position on 1.2.2021 and acts also as the Managing Director of Accountor Finago Oy. He will report to Niklas Sonkin, Accountor Group’s CEO and President. Soirola comes to Accountor from Nomentia Oy where he has been the CEO.

“We are pleased to have Mikko to join our team to support our growth strategy. His long experience in managing as well as developing the SaaS software business in Finland and Europe are excellent assets for this task,” says Sonkin.

The SME business is one of the three pillars of Accountor. Its business has developed positively in terms of growth, competitiveness and profitability, and the current market provides many opportunities for their further development.

Jarmo Lönnfors, who has successfully served as the acting Head of the SME business will return to lead the Value Business unit within the SME business continuing in its Management Team.
