The new decade of financial management will transform accounting from manual recording work into boosting business in real-time. The long-serving accounting software Tikon no longer meets the requirements of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Tikon has been a jewel of its time and a lot of good work has been done with it, and we are very grateful to the team who is working with Tikon and our loyal customers. As the field of financial management evolves, however, we need to look forward. A fully real-time financial management service supports the transformation of an accountant\u2019s role from manual routines to financial expertise. We want to be involved in this change,\u201d says Catarina Lindahl, EVP for SME Cluster at Finago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are planning the end of Tikon\u2019s life cycle. According to the plan, Tikon will remain in operation for more than 2.5 years, during which time we will help each customer to find the most suitable software solution from the Procountor product family<\/a>. Tikon can still be used for the financial statements for 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe know that change always involves challenges. However, we aim to make the transition as effortless as possible. We will keep in touch with our customers using the Tikon software so that we can discuss and agree on the transition period measures together,\u201d Lindahl says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
