Finago Procountor uses three different implementation technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#api\">Procountor API<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#SFTP\">Automatic invoice transfer (SFTP)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#CSV\">Import data (CSV)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pricing for complete integrations is based on the technology used and the software partner\u2019s pricing model. The vouchers created in Finago Procountor through the interface will be charged based on the number of vouchers in accordance with the Procountor service price list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"api\">Price of Procountor API<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12,90 \u20ac \/ month + 2,49 \u20ac \/ month \/ integration. No separate opening fee<\/strong>. VAT of 25,5% will be added to all prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procountor API allows you to connect various software to Finago Procountor and automate data transfer between software. Procountor API is the most modern and comprehensive technology. Through the interface, it is possible to create, retrieve, update as well as delete data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"SFTP\">Automatic invoice transfer (SFTP)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opening fee standard interface 582,90 \u20ac, new interface  1 165,80\u20ac + monthly fee 34,90 \u20ac \/ month. <\/strong>VAT of 25,5% will be added to all prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The automatic invoice transfer is a service ordered as an additional service to the Finago Procountor software that enables the completely automated transfer of invoice data from different software to Procountor. Service supports the transfer of sales, purchase, travel and expense invoices, and is suitable for connecting ERP and e-commerce software to Procountor, for example. The interface can be flexibly adapted to different applications thanks to parameterization of material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the help of exports, it is possible to transfer data from Finago Procountor to another system on a scheduled basis, e.g. for project monitoring or financing sales invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"CSV\">Import data (CSV)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Free function.<\/strong> The import data (CSV) function allows you to import data from other systems to Finago Procountor or manually created Excel spreadsheets, for example. Transferring data from other systems to Procountor makes it easy to get started. You can quickly import basic information to the financial management program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the help of this function, for example, customer and product registers, accounting data, invoice data, and budget data can be imported into Finago Procountor.
