The jurisdiction applied to ICT infrastructure used for data processing may depend on several factors, such as the physical location of the infrastructure, the location where the processing activities are conducted, and the domicile of the service provider. Porting data from the service If you are a new customer to our services, our teams will, when necessary, assist you in getting your existing data imported into our service. If you are changing away from us to another service provider, we will assist your migration in good faith and ensure the continuity of the service during the switch.
