If you have any questions about the use of Procountor or Procountor Solo, please contact customer service. We serve in matters related to the software. Your accountant is responsible for the accounting.

Please note that while we do not charge a service fee for customer calls, your operator charges 8.35 cents/call + 16.69 cents/minute (24% VAT) for any calls to 020 numbers.

On the phone we first ask you to identify yourself and verify your identity using the Procountor Key app. This is how we ensure data security.
